Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of Amply Services. It supplements the Terms of Service.

1. Fair use of services

Services are for legitimate business use. You may not use Amply in ways that are unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful to other users, our team, or third parties.

2. No fraud or misrepresentation

You may not impersonate others, submit false business information, or ask Amply to implement workflows intended for fraud, scams, harassment, or unlawful surveillance.

3. Security and systems integrity

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfere with operations, distribute malware, or bypass security controls.

4. Lawful and responsible use

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, including data protection, employment, and sector-specific rules that apply to your business.

5. Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations. Repeat abuse may result in permanent blocks across keys and accounts.
