Amply Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the website and related services operated by Amply (“Amply,” “we,” “us”) at useamply.com and subdomains (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

1. Scope of Services

  • Business customers engage Amply for AI adoption services, including setup, installation, workflow implementation, and practical support.
  • Service details may be provided on our website, in proposals, statements of work, or written onboarding materials.
  • Client responsibilities include providing accurate information, timely access to relevant systems, and lawful use of delivered workflows.

2. Engagement and payment

Fees, payment schedules, and any recurring support terms are agreed in writing (for example in a proposal, invoice, or statement of work). Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due in accordance with the invoice terms.

3. Use of deliverables

You may use materials and workflow configurations we deliver for your internal business operations. You may not resell, misrepresent, or unlawfully distribute Amply proprietary methods, documentation, or branded assets.

4. Third-party tools

We may help configure third-party software and AI tools. Those products are operated by their own providers and remain subject to separate terms, pricing, availability, and policies outside Amply's control.

5. Intellectual property

The Services, brand, and documentation are owned by Amply or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services as intended. Feedback you provide may be used without restriction.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” GUIDANCE, CONFIGURATION, AND TRAINING WE PROVIDE ARE INFORMATIONAL AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT, NOT LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR REGULATORY ADVICE. YOU REMAIN RESPONSIBLE FOR BUSINESS DECISIONS AND THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTS. See also our SLA summary for availability targets.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amply is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms; we will post updates here. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend access for material breach or operational necessity.
